We run medium‑frequency induction furnaces and dedicated casting lines in clean foundry bays, pairing them with certified high‑chrome, high‑nickel, and wear‑resistant alloys to deliver consistent microstructure, hardness, and service life.
Rough‑turning, CNC machining, and precision grinding cells are laid out by roll process flow—turn, mill, grind, inspect—so each roll moves forward一次成型, with fewer setups and tighter control. Hardness, ultrasonic, and dimensional checks on every batch keep rolls on spec and on schedule.
